The Shakopee Special Education Advisory Council is the official family advisory body for special education in Shakopee Public Schools. We represent more than 1,400 students with disabilities — from infants in early intervention through young adults in transition programs up to age 22. Made up of parents, caregivers, and community members, SEAC works directly with district leadership to make sure every learner gets what they need. We meet three times a year, host community events, and keep families connected to the resources and information that matter most. No experience needed. Every family is welcome.
